Spontaneous ban/suspension waves on wednesday?

Hi there, honestly the situation made me feel a bit powerless, so I'm trying to find any help I can get.

Early in the morning on 21st Wednsday, I got my account suspended, with the mail simply citing 2 points from TOS: 5.1 & 5.2 concerning botting/3rd party programs & bug exploits. Thing is I have never touched anything related to it. I play this game since 2016 and I really have no intention of botting or exploiting. I replied to the original mail, and there's been radio silence ever since. I have a friend who's in a similar situation and they havent recieved any update as well.

Now, the odd thing is, I see a lot of posts with describing the exact same situation as mine here on the forums, only for them to be deleted on the spot a few hours later, what's going on? It seems like it affected a lot of people, who are voicing their problems, only to recieve no response or clarification. It's just so bizzare.

It's especially infuriating considering I'm going to miss first few days of my favourite event because of some unspecificed reason... Anyone else in the same situation? Maybe we need to make some support group?

I would also tag someone like @ZOS_Bill or @ZOS_Kevin to this thread so that they can look up the ticket and send you a DM, which will probably say that someone will be looking at it shortly.

I’m also having the same issue, banned for almost a week now, not getting a response.
Wasn’t even cheating I already had 70-80 reconstructed weapons before the event begun.
