Suggestion for a new kahjiit customization

A new kahjiit only skin. This appearance is to make the kahjiit look mostly shaved except for the face, paws, and tail.

- The edges around the face will look extra fluffy too.
- All face markings (including spots and stripes) will remain visible when this appearance is used.
- Here is a close up to a kahjiit with this future customization.
