Hey guys, returning player here.
Just wanted to make sure the Red Rook Bandit style pages acquirable from the merchant in IC are permanent? I know ZOS has an obsession with FOMO and making things limited edition.
I'm planning on grinding out about 150k Tel'var to get the chest and boots, and having never partaken in IC content before I've noticed it's going to take me some time, literally no idea what I'm doing.
