higher then normal ping

In na west coast side the last 2 days are having higher then normal ping but only in eso. 200 average with spikes to 500. its been going on since the event. other games are not having any problems and ping tests are showing 9 -11 ping on my local network with no packet loss. is there something going on or something I can do as a player to make eso work better? not being able to weapon swap or cast ults in key moments is hurting pretty bad

thanks for the response @ZOS_Bill i have ran all my own ping tests outside of eso made sure ports were open ect. this was 100% eso side. no packet loss or ping issues outside of the game. it does seem to be better outside of greyhost pvp server now though.
