uninterruptable Fatecarver?

It just started this week or maybe yesterday.

I bashed several arcanists while they were beaming, shield was down and they were taking damage, but no interruption text and the beam kept going. There was even a close encounter where I and an arcanist were killing each other face to face, my repeated bashing vs his beam over 2 seconds, and the beam was right there until he died after taking several bash hits - I was dying fast too, so it's not just visual effects.

Is this a new feature? Can any arcanist confirm this?

If you have CC immunity, you cannot be interrupted. That's always been in the game. It's why Sorcs will often break free -> Streak -> immediately Dark Deal.
