Sets for a no proc NB

I’m in the process of making some new sets, as I’ve decided I really don’t enjoy using proc sets anymore for basically any content.

As a physical damage dealing Nightblade in most content, what 2 5 pc sets would work well?

The 2 sets I’m eyeballing are New Moon Acolyte and Innate Axiom, for just raw damage.

Axiom seems like a good set to me because all the skills I’ll be using on my bars are class skills, no weapon skills.

Are there any other craftable sets out there worth noting that would suit my play style?

Cheers in advance.

depending on what kind of content youre doing, a full set of shattered fate isnt bad. or maybe 10 pcs & a monster pc & markyn ring

My Stamblade uses Ring of the Pale Order mythic for solo and I switch to Markyn Ring of Majesty for group content, 5 pcs Shattered Fate for offensive penetration, 4 medium and one light to cover the 9.1k offensive penetration needed for Overland content, for another no-proc craftable set Order's Wrath is very good, 1 medium body piece, ring, necklace and frontbar weapons but you need access to High Isle DLC to craft it, Maelstrom Bow back bar one Slimecraw medium shoulder piece.

    Easy Magblade:
    Mother's Sorrow, Order's Wrath, 1pc Slimecraw, Mora's Whispers
7 pieces Light, Dual precise Daggers,
    Mundus: Thief
With 4 Assassination abilities frontbar and when the Hemorrhage passive procs minor Savagery, you'll be sitting at 100.4% crit chance with 78% crit damage. 96% with CP Backstabber and Fighting Finesse, but I guess you'll be playing NoProc campaigns, now?
Also works with a precise bow. Over 15m away, youll be at 106% crit chance, which gives you wriggle room for different armour weights or another set.

As a Stam Blade you can swap Mother's Sorrow for Leviathan, or any other high crit chance set. You might be able to squeeze in a couple of more medium pieces, with another set. But I don't know if there are any more non-proc sets that give that much crit chance. Medusa maybe? But that's a heavy set and so you open up a different can of worms.

If anyone here says: OH! But, PVP! I swear I'll ...

Thank you for the valuable input and respectfully recommend to discuss that aspect of ESO on the PVP forum.

Is there much benefit to going full crit when you’re sacrificing raw damage? Genuinely curious how a full crit build would perform.

It depends. In my opinion, Nightblades benefit a lot from it. But that is because we have abilities and passives that can capitalise on that.

Master Assassin gives 3k penetration when flanking
Hemorrhage will grant 10% Crit Damage
Grim Focus gives Spell Damage and a heal
    Power Extraction grants minor Courage
Magicka Flood gives 8% Max Magicka for slotting a Siphoning Ability

It plays well in SOLO, that's what I can say. But you have to pay attention. I never took it into Trials. Those times are behind me.
Damage is good, though. Not excessive, but good. I play with a comp, so I do not have to face tank Bosses. Swallow Soul works fantastic as spammable, because it crits twice, first on the damage and then on the heal.
Can't say about PvP, yet. But I'll try it out during Mayhem later his month.
