Pvp alliance rank

Hey all

So I finally hit AR33 recently, in the nearly 9 years I've been playing, super casually mostly.

I would like to get to 5 stars by the then of the year, so my question would be - how much more AP do i need, and how much would i need to earn a day to achieve this?

at rank 33 you'll need 46376000 alliance points to get to 50.

327 days left excluding today.
so ~141822 if you play nonstop everyday.
but uh that would be difficult.

doing daily Battlegrounds and participating in the Whitestrake's Mayhem events will probably be useful

141822 a day seems ok, when i do play i usually get around the 60k to 80k but that's a few hours for me, so 141k seems doable.

to be honest, i wouldn't stress myself, otherwise you'll lose interest in pvp very quickly. the pvp ranks will come naturally if you enjoy pvp

Don't forget to use Colovian War Torte if you aren't already. Using them consistently will cut a third off your grind, since they boost your alliance rank gain by 50% all the way until rank 50. In combination with Mayhem, this can make things go pretty fast. If you no-life Mayhem, getting over 1 million AP (+50% rank bonus with torte) per day is doable.

The way to go is grinding your butt off during the double ap events, including the best ap buffs you can afford.

You don't actually need lvl 50 for 5* just lvl 49.
Through the course of normal solo zerging 50-100k per hour is fairly common. if you put in extra time during double ap events it will go fast.

rank 40 is about half of the total AP required to hit rank 50

that being said to get the 5th star you technically only need rank 49, but the difference between 49 and 50 is about 4 mil AP

war tortes + double AP helps a lot

I've never actually looked into war torte's, are they like xp pots but for ap? And yeah during the next MyM I'm going to try get to as clost to rank 35 as i can,

Sort of. You don't actually gain more AP; they just boost your rank progression. So say that you capture a keep and you get 6.7k AP. If you have a War Torte active, you that tick will actually let you progress you 10k towards your next rank. In the grand scheme of things, this means that if you eat tortes consistently, you only need around 43 million AP to get to rank 50 instead of 64+ million. Depending on how fast you are, this can save you months of grinding.

yeah more or less, however it only works for rank + skill lines, it doesnt actually earn you more AP

that being said it definitely helps a ton, especially during events, and if there are other bonuses active

base ap gain is 100%

low pop bonus is +100% (not totally reliable)

low score bonus is +100% (not totally reliable)

event bonus is +100% (applied automatically during the event)

war torte +50% (for colovian, which is the only one really feasible to craft in bulk)

then you get bonus for how many keeps your alliance owns (amount varies)

if you have the moras whispers mythic and a full shalidor library, then you would get another +10%

so theoretically with all of the bonuses active you could be earning 5x AP roughly for your alliance rank, though more likely it will be closer to 2.5-3x since low pop/low score are too unpredictable and unlikely to happen during the event in a pop-locked campaign

Be careful with the 20% buff you get for killing a delve boss. When the campaign is pop locked you might get stuck in the delve for a while.

Wow... That is a lot of xp to earn to get my characters to level 50.

I’ve calculated that it will be 2037 by the time I get 5 stars so you’ll overtake me pretty soon!
