I felt healer is more important job than tank in 12 men trial.

I've been studying 12 men normal trial 2 months now.
Still beginner trial player though.

According to my experience...
>Tough tank with poor healer in 4 men dungeon-->Mostly success, but DD player complain against poor healer(or fake) usually.

>My tough tank with poor healer in 12 men Trial in nDSR --> Wiped by the poison. Especially DD.
>My healer with pug tank in 12 men Trial in nDSR --> Never failed. Even tank was weak.

Most of healer player consider meta healer equipment (like "spc" or something).
But those type of healer didn't watch the player's situation in actual combat phase mostly.
Let them die so many times with meta healer gear... (/._.\) Or act like average DD player mostly.

I keep checking AoE layout and dangerous foe movement, and identify glass DD player's appearance always
for effective healing. Because, I was tank main player.

My playing time Mon-Friday UTC13:00-16:00 [PC-NA] CP over2000 now.
I have [1Tough tank] [1StamSorc-DD] [1Necro-DD] [1Real Healer]
with [1Stam Blade].
But, I'm Tank main player. Recently I'm doing Healer.

Tanks are very important in trials but yes, healers in trials are far more important than healers in dungeons.

Both are important, its not one more important than the other. All of the team members have a role to be successful. Experience in trials support roles will show you -for example - how much healing is enough so that you can also buff the team so that the fight finishes quicker

All three roles are needed in trials and some vet dungeons. No one role is more important than the other. If anything, dps is the least important role because it's easier for other dps players to pick up the slack if needed.

    Good tanks are essential.

    Healer relevance is content/group dictated.

Healers are kind of stuck being healers in trials: healing-buff-bots.

In dungeons their role is more dynamic and flexible depending on content or group composition, ranging from full healer to full dd, or even, tank-healing in base game vet dungeons.

Just the state of the game.

Healers and tanks are keys to solid trials runs. But a handful of bad DDs can undo their hard work every time. :p

A good trials run is everyone's responsibility

Im hear to tell you that in vet and hm trials a strong tank is make or break. Some trials id say its fairly even, vrg and vse hm being really good examples. In no way shape or form can a good or even a spectacular healer carry a weak tank at that level. Tanks shape the fight, a healer can not heal dps through a boss heavy if the tank goes down. They cant heal through a 1 shot mechanic, they cant heal through the curse mechanic in vdsr twins.

I say DPS job is more important than both since they dictate the length of the fight and in doing so can add or lessen the stress on supports and even 1 or 2 bad dps can be a run killer

You can carry 2 terrible dps through trial hardmodes. Ive done it. Many times even in really difficult content. A good support can sustain. Falgraven is a looong fight for example no matter what. Dps can be really good and its still a long fight. what makes your dps go pew pew? Good uptime on buffs from supports. Stripping. Sustain from your healers. Dead dps do no dps. You got bad healers or bad tanks and your dead. What happens when your ot goes down in vse hm and the wamasu spins his lightning? Everyone is dead. What happens when the healers are floored and you get shrapnal? Your dead. Im saying this as an end game dps main. There is a team im helping with their prog. The dps is aces. They could have gh in a couple weeks. They have one bad tank and they cant get anywhere, they have completely hit a brick wall because the main cant stay up.
