Disconnections and login failures

Today I am frequently being disconnected from the PC/NA server with a variety of messages, such as "an error has occurred", "can't connect to server", and "lost lobby connection". When I try to login again, the login fails with any of the usual login failure error messages. Nothing has changed in my system, and my internet connection is strong and stable. Is there some current issue with the server?

This issue is happening to almost everyone. I can't even change character without being booted from server. This problem has been happening since the server was changed. The new server is much worse than the previous one. Give us back the old server, please

Yeah and what's up with Error 310, where you log in but can't get any char to hit the game?
