Strange crash message on the EU server not on the Na server

This i get after I quit game (btw. each time i restart the game i repair)
If i close the launcher after the game is started I get a black screen crash when leaving(quit) the game later.

and when I close launcher before quitting game it's a black screen crash ( can"t see the eventual error)
