Playing on PS5, NA server. I have noticed this on two of my characters, so it is not tied to one race (they are Khajiit and Argonian), but perhaps to one class. I have two wardens and a nightblade that I play regularly, but I only play the two wardens extensively.

Issue: Trigger (L2/R2) abilities (block, light/heavy attack, roll dodge, etc) randomly stop working, forcing me to /reloadui in the middle of content. This has caused a wipe multiple times as one of my wardens (the Argonian warden) is a tank. If he can't block or heavy attack, the group wipes. My Khajiit warden is stam DPS so it's not as costly if she cannot block etc as she is the only one that dies.

Character specifics:
1. Male Argonian Warden, Mag/Stam Tank (frost staff and maul)
2. Female Khajiit Warden, Stam DPS (bow on both bars)
3. Male Argonian Nightblade, Stam DPS (dagger dual wield and resto staff)

I most notice this in dungeons. I cannot recall if it has ever happened outside of a dungeon, but I will try to pay closer attention to see if it does.
