Can we just remove major sorcery/brutality and just buff everyone's damage by 20%

Isn't it pretty stupid given how essential this buff is that the arcanist has access to this buff just by having a skill slotted on either bar, while a necro doesn't even have it on his kit? While it's bigger than just having access to major sorcery, I really want to use my Necro in PVP again. Ever since you nerfed the harmony build, i haven't found a way to make it work.
What's funny this PTS is you removed the necro class identity skill in favor of a damage buff skill, but you still didn't give out major sorcery.

✭✭✭✭✭Was thinking the same thing about Major Prohpecy/Savagery. I think it would be kind of boring to just remove the requirement from the game, but at the same time, provide these essential options to all classes.
For a stam Sorc to use Minor Prophecy, built in their kit they have only 3 options:- Slot Camo Hunter, only works on 1 bar, redundant Minor Berserk buff with Dark Deal.
- Use Spell Crit pots, murdering your stam sustain for an abundant amount of mag sustain.
- Waste a skill slot from Werewolf.
Thats it. 3 options. More if you start looking at sets, but I'm not going there. You could say that about anything. Pots or skills should be the main options.
So in my opinion, since they haven't tackled this glaring issue, they're just hoping Scribing fixes it and they're happy with the state of Necro/Sorc buff/debuff access as being among the lowest of all 7 classes which is quite ridiculous.
Not asking for much here. Don't even need it passively, I'll pay a GCD on a commonly used skill to get it.Edited by MashmalloMan on 30 January 2024 02:480 -

Yeah, If they give it to the skeletal arcanist or ghost, I wouldn't mind too much. It's very necromancer themed to have a buff be given by your minion.
1
