Will Necrom become part of ESO Plus after Gold Road releases?

Warden and Necro worked like that. They were a package deal in "Chapter" when you paid cash, but the class and zone were separate purchases once they moved from cash-only to to crowns.2 -

You'd still need to buy the Arcanist with Crowns tho0
