Engine Guardian is okay. The randomness of the sustained resource can be annoying, though. If I need Stam recovery and it pops out to give Health recovery, it feels almost pointless.

As for the body blocking aspect, it’s actually not that bad…on its own. But when you’ve got Sorcs using it with two other pets, it becomes a nightmare. I’ve been in BGs with teams that had two or three Sorcs, all of them running pets. It was virtually impossible to hit your target. I’ve seen Mag Sorcs with 16k HP survive solely by virtue of pet body blocking and shield spamming.

Honestly, I’d be fine with all the pets of ZoS made two changes to tab targeting:

1. Make it so that you literally can’t hit anything except the highlighted target unless you use an AOE.
2. Make pets exempt from being tab targeted so you can’t highlight them by accident.

You want to have an army of animals, Daedra, and Dwemer constructs orbiting you like the rings of Saturn? Fine. But we get to bypass them with attacks unless we’re specifically trying to kill them. I’d call that fair.
