Really,that single skill killed IC.
Imagine thinking that gankins someone that is already fighting is skilled PvP.
And before someone says, there are counters to that, imagine having to change your build to counter a single sklill. That is the definition of overpowered.

jerj6925✭✭✭✭None of the counters are effective against cloaking, skills like Radiant mage light should go back to being a passive skills to reveal cloak or you should not be allowed to cloak again until you are out of combat.2

✭✭✭✭✭Again - all they'd need to do in order to cut down on gankers is make it so that you can only take as much Tel Var from your target as you currently have on you.
Gankers would no longer be able to run around with 0 Tel Var hoping to steal a bunch without risking anything. I can guarantee you a lot would leave once they realize there's actual risk involved - most gankers already port out immediately after scoring some Tel Var.4
