I personally would like a smallish Alinor styled house with a courtyard. The townhouse is nice but the terrace is mostly paved and we don't have any grassy things I could place.

    I'd like the following:
    • A medium or large Telvanni stown house without the current mushroom structure. With a propper usable room setup! What we got with Necrom was kind not what I was hoping for. It lacked dedicated areas for my taste.
    • A Telvanni Tower that is closer to the towers ob TES III Morrowind or TES V Skyrim. Please with a reworked mushroom structure to be more in line with TES 3 & 5, I do not like the current one. I'd like it to have a nice reception area when coming in, a dungeon for treasure and some laboratorys, a first floor for the living quaters and a top floor with my personal bedroom and an additional laboratory.
    • A Telvanni Tower that has not yet been overgrown with mushroom structure, but only has the original stone structure that the TESO Telvanni Towers all seem to have. I'd love to work on one of those :)
    • An altmeri house on the coutryside, that can serve as a weekend home, a farm or a vineyard. It needs a big garden/farm area. But it also needs some nice rooms inside. A kitchen, a livingroom, 2-3 bedrooms and a workshop area.
    • A large vinyard near Skingrad!
    • An Aylied home that has rooms that are actually useful to create a comfy home! The only currently availebel one looks awsome at first glance but I had a hard time to propperly use it. The main room was to perocupyed with the pool and the pillars. And It had way to few rooms for little things like a bedroom. The scale of the rooms was way to big. I want it to have a central yard for a well, some living quaters, a crafting area, maybe some stabels and a dungeon/tempel area. Wherever it is a ruin on Tamriel or an intact house in a plane of Oblivion, I honestly do not care as long as it is butyful at the end.
    • A breton mage Tower.
    • A Mages Guild themed home!
    • A Warriors guild themed home.
    • A home on the Shivering Isles! Or 2 one on the mania and one on the dementia side of the isle ;)
    • Maybe an entire Tavern! Might be fun to furnish one and offer it to the rp players as a pace to do there thing ;)
    • A house in Winterhold, perferebly close to the collage of Winterhold and in the collage style.

A cottage with a clear blue river, green grass and a farm would do me well. Possibly in auridon or high isle.

My dream Tamriel home is a Breton-style sorcerer's tower in the wilds between Bangkorai and The Reach. Tor Draioch in the mountains of Mournoth. Exits and views of both zones like Sweetwater Cascades did so beautifully. Lots of crows and ambient Bullfrogs.

    A large vinyard near Skingrad!

I like a few of your suggestions quite a lot! Technically you could do the Vineyard near Skingrad with Strident Springs if you wanted. Its technically in Cyrodiil/County Skingrad, and would be close to Skingrad itself (especially if they make the nearby gate functional soon...). A newer home with updated aesthetics and design philosophy would be awesome, but the old one could be a good stop-gap solution.

More, and more varied houses in the existing zones. It would be sweet if there were houses of several sizes for all the different furniture styles. In many zones/styles this is already the case, which is wonderful, but there are also gaps in the house roster if you examine it this way. There is no townhouse-sized house in the Gold Coast style, only a huge manor; similarly we have nothing in Hew's Bane apart from the vast Dawnlight Palace.

I think this would also be a great way to revive some of the old zones. I look at the Gold Coast and Hew's Bane in particular with a wistful eye, because I absolutely adore them, yet I can't build there (I am not very interested in the big house in either zone, as they have no view and are just so very palatial... I am perhaps generally not the biggest fan of the biggest houses.). And I see no reason not to add some new houses to other, better covered old zones as well! I would love a Breton tower overlooking Aldcroft, or Halcyon Lake/Bisnensel, or a Wyrd sisters home basically anywhere in High Rock, or modest-sized dwellings in all the gorgeous starter areas, etc. etc.

Bringing this up because I think it is a given we will have houses in new styles. I think it would also be a great option to have some new ones in old/slightly updated styles ;) And perhaps, if the Divines favour us, we will see some more variety in these terms in future zones as well.

Also, whatever the new additions, please please let them have a yard with a view.

please please let it have a yard with a view.

    This.

Steadfast Mannor is darn near the perfect house imo. I wish we could get something like that. Its big, not huge, has an interesting landscape and its cozy.

We need more cozy, I know nirn is not the most hospitable place, but isn't that kinda our place in game? To survive and make things as cozy as possible?

another manor similar to Sweetwater Cascades please!

a Skingrad style notable home on the border of Valenwood and West Weald, perhaps in Dawnwood or near it would be so amazing. and with flowing water like Sweetwater.

any kind of new bosmer home that isn't another snugpod would be amazing.
we need a notable bosmer home please!

i love snugpod but all we have right now is Snugpod, Snugpod 2, and Snugpod 3.

something Ayleid would be fun too!
a classic home perhaps? a little ruin with maybe this new glowy tree thing?

it looks like the Ayleid life tree and it's beautiful

I'd love a house with secret tunnels, rooms, pathways, etc., where you can hide and spy on places. Like a bookshelf that reveals a secret library, or hidden cave with a secret torture room or vampire sleeping area, or maybe even a secret bedroom hidden behind a painting.

More Bosmer furniture, but we might be getting this already in Gold Road. Not sure.

Maybe some larger grass patch/soil furnishing could be the first step.

A functional tree house a la mini Elden Root, with space on the inside of the tree trunk that we can climb and be able to build levels in, or with pre-built levels (not like Gorinir where the levels are on the outside). It's possible to make a custom one, but given how you have to use a lot of slots to make the bark walls, it would be better to have a real one instead, and use the slots for the inner decorations.

I've also always asked for a cottage in Summerset and a template house in the Evergloam (among other realms), and ironically enough they made a house blending the two (I'm not sure if it's been released yet), but it's not my cup of tea, so again I'd love for a medium-sized cottage in the Summerset zone proper and template houses in the Evergloam, the Coloured Rooms, and the Shimmering Sands.

The evergloam summerset house, Shadowqueen's Labyrinth, released in October 2023.

    more cottages would awesome yes.

i especially would love one similar to Erlibru's cottage from High isle, in isobol veloise's intro quest.

    edited to add:
the mini Elden Root house you described seems like it would be lovely too.
