Event Tickets? What am I missing??

So the Endeavor dailies want an event ticket. AND we appear to have a new celebration going on in Wrothgar that claims to give rewards for doing quests.

So I started the zone quests and I did some museum quest and a dungeon. NOTHING DIFFERENT AND NO EVENT TICKETS.

I even did a writ for provisioning.

So what's the secret? I don't see any event tickets. Is the quest giver hiding under a rock, a snow pile or mascaraing as a snow person?
What's the deal? Where is the celebration?
And where to do I get an event ticket?
Sigh...

Hum... except that blue provision writ that I did, that gave no ticket... But ok. I'll go find a blue quest or two.

Writs are never considered zone-specific dailies. You need to do a daily delve quest or a daily world boss quest in Wrothgar for your overland options.

I did a blue quest in wrothgar (killing a boss) and upon turning the quest in I got the 2 tickets. You can only get 2 a day. The blue quests in Hews Bane and Gold Coast should also give 2 tickets if you choose to engage in those zones instead.

In Wrothgar, as with most zones, there are two types of daily quests:

Type A: six bosses, obtained in Inn south of Shatul wayshrine.

Type B: six possible, obtained from chief in Morkul Stronghold main building.

    Greetings,

After further review we have decided to move this thread to a category we think is more appropriate for this topic, as it's event related.

    Thank you for your understanding

They do, but I don't think all of them do. For instance, there are blue repeatable quests on some of the bulletin boards which can be done over and over again, such as killing NPCs in base game zones or pickpocketing in base game zones. I don't think those give tickets, but I might be wrong. I do know that they don't give golden event coffers. I think you need to do the blue quests which are offered just once per day-- Black Sacraments and Heists, for example.
