soul assault i think slightly varies depending on morph, i dont know the exact tick rate, but it does dmg over 4 or 6 seconds depending on the morph0 -

oh, the bow ballista ult, i thought they were talking about siege ballista lol

✭I got around to testing it. Ballista was 16 ticks, soul assault was 8.PvP needs more love.0
