There're "6" drop hole at there with specific symbol.

Chalice
Crown
Wheel
Anchor
Skull
Cross

According to guide document and Youtube video.
One of DD must drop down from the hole, and destroy "Reed Heart"
through the combat, right?

I tried it, but couldn't do actually (just got fall death). How to enter that hole?

By the way, in most of case, people ignore those drop hole, and finish the boss
without destroying heart. Why? How people can do like that way?

on normal you can definitely ignore the reef hearts, though it will engrage the boss if you fail it (a good tank can still handle it though)

on vet you have to do the mechanic or its a group wipe

to actually do the mechanic you have to drop down in the hole at the middle, and there will be 3 pathways that have 2 areas with reef hearts

for example you drop down in the middle, you an synergize to go down the path for the crown, and to get to the cup you have to pass through the area with the crown and continue down the other path

once you dropdown into the middle though, you are "infested with parasites" which is a debuff that prevents you from going back down into the hole for 1 min (if you go back down too soon, you will auto die anyway)
