Not receiving access code
So when i try to log in from my client, it asks for an access code which never arrives.
- I have followed all the trouble shooting guide, and emailed CS, but no solution. These are the steps ive taken:
- Put the wrong code in repeatedly to lock my account, waited 10 mins, no success, still needs code, never gets sent!
- Changed email -no success, still needs code, never gets sent!
- Changed password no success, still needs code, never gets sent!
- copied username and password into notepad and copied that into game client - no success, still needs code, never gets sent!
- added to firewall and email safe addresses (although this isnt the issue, as i still get other emails from ESO) - no success, still needs code, never gets sent!
- run it as administrator (straight to game client skipping launcher) - no success, still needs code, never gets sent!
- combinations of all the above - no success, still needs code, never gets sent!
- unticked the store username checkbox
- waited 24hrs and tried again (PC switched off over night)
- Im definitely using the right details, it works for my mule account, the code was sent straight away. Just my main account doesn't send me an access code. it did when i changed the email from the account page though.
So cant play my ESO account and CS either doesnt answer, or just gives standard cut and paste answers which dont help and i have done all of them. Apparently i got escalated to a special team, never heard back from them, suspect it was actually file 13! So paid for another 90 day subscription, been unable to access the game for 5 days now.
