What's with Old Orsinium Group Event design?

I completed the quest and left the Old Orsinium Shrine, apparently where we were supposed to find and defeat the Group Event Boss. Now I cannot get in because it's a ''quest room''. I checked it up on the internet and saw people say it is some kind of a bug, but it seems it's a choice of design to me. Seriously who thought that was a good idea? Ugh!

✭✭✭If you can't re-enter after finishing the quest, it's definitely a bug. The group boss was part of my farming route for the motif for some time and I never had issues.Never get between a cat and it's candy!

Overland difficulty scaling is desperately needed. 9 years. 6 paid expansions. 24 DLCs. 40 game changing updates including One Tamriel, an overhaul of the game including a permanent CP160 gear cap and ridiculous power creep thereafter. I'm sick and tired of hearing about Cadwell Silver & Gold as a "you think you do but you don't" - tier deflection to any criticism regarding the lack of overland difficulty in the game. I'm bored of dungeons, I'm bored of trials; make a personal difficulty slider for overland. It's not that hard.0 -

I think it's a choice of design because people say if you don't take the museum piece in the room before leaving, the museum will automatically have that piece anyway. I didn't check that yet though.0
