They are trying. The server seemed OK during the recent test. I play on Linux though, so always get a bit crashy when big goups collide. Though that's my hardware, my software, my problem. Not ZoS's.

Agreed on the first two (clearly more than enough ppl interested in Cyro, which is good, and there's less lag, which is less bad), but I find it hard to enjoy the place since the increased pop cap experiment ended. Unkillable tanks running circles in towers, people somehow "one" shotting you with a long string of crushing shocks, and lag groups causing you to disconnect and be unable to log back in until they decide to stop trolling skillfully farming other players in the keep you were stupid enough to approach, were a lot more tolerable when we at least got some epic fights in between. As far as I'm concerned, they can add more content and rewards once they get the current system in a good state, not the less bad one we currently have.

And before someone feels the urge to predict what my setup looks like, no I'm not running the game on a potato, and yes I have a fast & stable internet connection
