Have you tried using group finder to organize a group for a story run? I know a lot of players are also interested in this.

I did and I the only one interested in story mode was my companion. I did get offers from people in-game trying to get me PAY for runs; as if that was what I was advertising. I am not incapable of doing the dungeon at lightening speed, I just don't want to. I'd rather just pay ZOS for more companions.

It would help those of us who don't like grouping do the tougher dungeons. Personally, I'd love to add the Moongrave Fane extension to the Hall of the Lunar Champion (I have the other 2 extensions), but I'm never going to get it, because that dungeon's out of my reach.AlterBlika wrote: »Why would you need more than one companion for just enjoying the story (meaning normal mode)?
I'd pay 30,000 Crown for being able to have more than 1 active companion!! 2 or 3 active companions would be great!! so I can run public and private dungeons.
I hate grouping up, I mean HATE it. Everyone who does dungeons never and I mean NEVER allows you to enjoy the story or look around for even a half second. I'd Like to just level my companions, gear them, and actually ENJOY the game. What do you want? $200? $300? I'll buy.

Why would I pay for a carry when all I want to do is enjoy the game without zip-zam-zoom gamers. That is the exact problem I am addressing... Factually, I'd rather see p2w than pay other players in game; BUT asking to pay for having more than one companion is NOT pay to win in my opinion. It's Pay to Not be Annoyed.
I agree, I hate grouping and have yet to do ANY Trials, Dungeons etc that requires groups. Folks don't want to teach newbies how to run the areas,, they just want to rush throught as fast as possible and get only what THEY need.
AAnd you could make it that if too many are on screen for a area, the game shuts them off.
I'd prefer if they were to add this function as a slotable CP star (with stages to allow more Companions to be active) in the Green CP tree (alongside slotables that can buff Companion damage output, resistance, etc.).
Wayrest Sewers II also cannot be done solo. Why would I pay for a carry when all I want to do is enjoy the game without zip-zam-zoom gamers. That is the exact problem I am addressing... Enjoy it then. What hinders you?
Normal dungeons (except direfrost and icp due to arbitrary mechanics) are already soloable rather easily if you build for it.

I'd like to see companion cp perks because right now they're useless unless you're using pearlescent. Although I don't like IA iteration when they're unkillable and ruin any challenge whatsoever.
