Guild Trader NPC only says "Goodbye".

I was browsing guild traders but there is no option to buy.
When I interact with any of the Guild Trader NPC they only say "Goodbye".
Whenever I buy multiple items from the Guild Traders this almost always happens.
I might be banned from trading but I haven't done anything wrong.
The last time this happened someone from the support team emailed me that they adjusted something from my account.

✭✭✭✭✭You need to follow up with Support either on that ticket or through a new one. They are the only ones who can tell you what’s going on with your account, especially after they said you should be able to trade normally and you believe any social ban would be in error.0 -
