Maintenance for the week of September 29:
• [IN PROGRESS] Xbox: NA and EU megaservers for patch maintenance – October 1, 8:00 UTC (4:00AM EDT) - 16:00 UTC (12:00PM EDT)
• [IN PROGRESS] PlayStation®: NA and EU megaservers for patch maintenance – October 1, 8:00 UTC (4:00AM EDT) - 16:00 UTC (12:00PM EDT)
I have currently 28 characters (18 PC EU and 10 PC NA). None of them is my "main", like @Tandor said they are individuals and don't have defined "roles" (or even classes for that matter).
PAWS (Positively Against Wrip-off Stuff) - Say No to Crown Crates!. Outfit slots not being accountwide is ridiculous given their price. PC EU/PC NA roleplayer and solo PvE quester
edited to add:
Greehnhart wasn't my first character on playstation eu, she was my 8th and my second warden.
but my first character that i wanted to do everything with.
with her i've
- completed all zone stories
- collected all skyshards
- made 10 armory builds
- made 10 outfits
- leveled up nearly all skill lines to max, currently only need Dark Brotherhood which is ~8
- completed all dungeons on vet
- completed most zones, with exceptions being some side quests
- achieved Master Angler
- befriended all current six companions, all max rapport though still need to level up Ember, Sharp, and Bastian(he's level 19 though)
out of my 20 ps eu characters i have a few others that have at least one full build and i sometimes play with:
- Lady, an altmer templar.
- Holly Blossom, an altmer sorcerer.
- Sally Jadehart, an argonian nightblade.
- Lúcia Azurehart, an imperial necromancer.
- Dianna Hyacinth, a maormer (technically altmer) arcanist.
i have occasionally played on ps na too and of my nine characters there my main is a khajiit sorcerer named Princess Dottie.

Started with a Templar so it remained my main crafter, then it came my first Warden with which I have done all zones' main quests.
The one I consider my Main at the moment is a second Warden that I've equipped to be able to solo anything, but I just did fights with her since my intention was to stream her journey buuut I'm still waiting to have enough bandwidth for that, sadly...
A: "We, as humans, should respect and take care of each other like in a Co-op, not a PvP 🌸"
B: "Many words. Words bad. Won't read. ⚔️"
I think technically I've spent the most time playing Dragonknights, but that's my crafter (who rarely fights anything) and one I made just because I didn't have a DK who ended up being the character I use for events because her backstory is she's a wildly impulsive mercenary, so it makes sense for her to skip around the continent to whatever's new.
But my main character, the one I've done the most stuff on and the one I default to for anything where I need to know what I'm doing is a khajiit templar. My breton warden is a close second and often does dungeons since she's my healer.

I've only been playing since April of this year (though I have been playing TES since Arena) so I am just on my first character, a dark elf sorcerer. She is named after a Morag Tong assassin in TES3.
Haven't played other characters yet because, though it may seem silly, I want to take my sorcerer around all the zones for the first time before adding someone else. Doing everything and not rushing so it is taking a while. I may need to make another to use as a mule for the time being, though.
Used to main necromancer. Having in mind i didn't do any vet content. i just don't like this game's gameplay.
arcanist came and changed all that. i have been doing trifecta on vet base game dungeons. yes base game. I have been enjoying vet trials. Arcanist made me love eso's pve again.
necro is just awfull to play. and it really hurts my heart.
I hope one day, they can fix some of the issues and rework necromancer.

Have seven characters all of them has more than four hundred skill points and everything game offers are levelled up. So it kind of makes these characters are mains for content.
But my Nightblade has the most play time and all quests are completed on that character. So it makes it real main.
Was DK now Arcanist because I'm lazy and the Arcanist is just so damn effective. When they inevitably nerf it to hell I'll go back to DK.

Used to be a Necro main but then it took a few too many nerf hammer hits without any fixes to the clunky play style, so I swapped to Templar and never looked back
The only other class I've stuck with in any way is Templar. I've tried a Sorcerer twice and a Nightblade once and just couldn't get into them. I have a baby Dragonknight but AwA killed me playing it much. I don't like the concept of the Necromancer class so I've never tried it. I created an Arcanist and tried to play it but AwA.
I have three wardens (though the other two are mainly on ice because of AwA).
Khajiit Templar with three builds: separate stamina DPS builds for overland questing/CP grinding and PVP, plus a magicka build for healing dungeons/trials.
I used to care about min-maxing and having ideal race/class combos, to the point where I had two versions of each class in the past. It’s WAY too time consuming and expensive to kit out every character like that, so now I just focus on having fun with my favourite class and race. I spend all the extra gold I have on housing.
To tend to flip flop between classes but my nightblade is my oldest and most played I think. I am really liking Arcanist though so who knows maybe that'll become my new main one day.
Wardens forever. 3 accounts, both PC megaservers, 6 warden mains. I used to say I didn't have mains, but it became self-evident over the years that it wasn't true!
I didn't start eso until 2020, so I didn't start with one of the vanilla classes. I chose necromancer because I came from playing death knight on WoW, and fell in love with it. I know its a kinda weak class these days, but it'll always be my baby. Over 2500 hours I put into that toon
Started as a nightblade, moved to templar as PVE and PVP (reached grand overlord 2018), started doing pve content on warden and also mained it in pvp a bit, then sorcerer pve (one bar cheese) and now I mainly use arcanist (pve and pvp), sorcerer (pvp) warden (pvp), and nightblade (pve and pvp). I still use a DK as a pve tank and occasional battlegrounder.
I guess I can assure you my necro is not or has ever been my main
Tri-faction tryhard but mainly EP in Gray Host lately (PC/NA)
My first one was a tanky stamina DK, seemed like the closest thing to a traditional warrior. After trying the other classes, I had the most success with my magicka templar, so I just started using it for everything and benched everyone else. I have a maxed out arcanist, but I still like my templar more, the whole shoop-da-whoop playstyle got old after a while.
First account: Templar
2nd account: Warden
3rd account: Warden
4th account: Warden, but now playing my arcanist a lot and liking her a lot.
I’ve got lots of alts, it have probably leveled and played templars the most, although that is rapidly being overtaken by wardens. For a while I thought necros would be my next favorite class, but I’ve ended rarely playing the ones I’ve leveled. Sorcs come next for me, but I usually get bored playing them. DK only for tanking. Nightblades have always been my least favorite class.
