Nazaray extends length of debuffs on enemies. Trolls are probably dying too fast to notice any effect of longer lasting debuffs. For Trial dummy, most buffs are applied by game automatically and with 100% uptime, so extending them makes no difference. This is mostly noticed in long, real gameplay fights, where extending Major Vulnerability from 6 seconds to 16 seconds, or things like that, can make a noticeable difference over the full course of fight. But a Trial Dummy cannot have length of Major Vulnerability extended because it never expires.
