mage guild passive doesnt increase mana

Just saw that equipping entropy on my bar doesnt increase my max mana anymore besides having the passive for revocery/max mana active.
Is there a "fix" for it or is it just a common bug, that never really got fixed?

Actually it's a Bug Report, the game shouldn't behave like that, a passive that gives its bonus depending on slotted skills should do so immediately, not only after weapon switching, especially since we have the Oakensoul Ring that prevents weapon switching.
