Latency 999, lagging and get kicked out after 5mins PC-EU

I’ve tried all the troubleshooting and suggestions from forum and ESO page. The problem still occur.
Launcher was slow, once login ‘it kick me out or lagging with latency 999 then kick me out after 5 mins’. Then it keep showing error 334/ 303/ 307.
Never happen before just started few days ago. Some of my guild members having the same issue. Yesterday i asked ISP to reboot my modem and it work. Today the problem happen again.
My interest on getting ESO+ is wearing thin. ZOS, pls fix this asap?

    Where are you from? i'm from Brazil and my ping got nuts since a few days ago, using VPN fixes it, it's either a problem in their server or something on the route between Brazil and US, I really hope they fix it soon. :disappointed:

    I’m currently in Malaysia. Even after the maintenance still the same. ZOS, pls fix it and the upcoming event just around the corner.

    PC-EU, having very high ping today, too. But no error messages for me, and not getting kicked.

    Yeah, been having the same issue since the maintenance on Nov 3. Tried every suggestion on the support pages, did a clean reinstall of the game, even got a new router thinking maybe it was mine getting old, and nothing. Game runs fine and then freezes completely for 3-4 seconds. Connection is fine, no other games or pages have issues. Support didn't get back to me for a week and then went "have you tried uninstalling addons". I understand that it is a common issue, but come on, it's obviously the first thing anyone ever tries. :D

    I was hoping for an improvement after yesterday's maintenance, did another reinstall as well, but it's still borked.

    I think ESO is aware of the problem as there are other discussion thread on this already. From my experience, I see that the ping was high in certain hours and the pattern repeats. This high ping time period is when gamers living in Asia are active.

    I have already did, they said will get back to me shortly and it has been 5days. I forgot the ticket numb but this is the number in the emails (231109-001669). I try to check once i’m back from work.
    I tried using VPN, when in town latency around 500 to 700, outside town 350, in trail/ dungeons around 600 to 999. Clearly is server problem.
