Aetherial Ascension attuning stations incorrectly.

PC NA server.

The Aetherial Ascension set currently turns "attunable clothing stations" into Aetherial Ascension woodworking stations. I have submitted a ticket (231113-002109), after replicating this issue three times at a cost of 750 as I tried to attune a clothing station for the Grand Crafting Station, and ended up with 3 identical AA woodworking stations. I'm just getting started in writs, so this is an extremely, extremely expensive bug, especially given the sheer overall cost of getting all the sets. It is the second set among DLC sets alphabetically, so pretty depressing to run into such a debilitating bug this early in the process.

I hope this can be fixed soon, as I am certain it has already affected a large number of people trying to get their sets.

    Given how many errors of mismatched attunements we’ve had in the past few months, I’d suggest ZOS do a complete audit of these, to be honest.

    Gosh. You would think they would have done that in the lead up to releasing the Grand Master Stations if it's a known issue. Releasing the stations with this bug ongoing just compounds the issue.

    I'm quite new to bug reports in ESO, but both the tickets I have submitted on this were closed without any action taken or communication. Is there any plausible way to get a refund on my writ tickets/attunable tables that were consumed by this bug? If I submit a third ticket, what would help get a meaningful response?

    If you submit a /bug or /feedback ticket in game, it will not get a response by design. Those are more for the information of the devs.

    If you submit a /help ticket in game or through the support website, you should get a response. The first might be an automated reply, in which case respond once (and only once) until you get a reply. At some point you should get a human to help you.

    I do not remember getting something like this. I attuned all crafting stations with this update. Maybe it happens when specific conditions happen?

    Sucks to see this is still a problem. I had the same kind of thing happen to me a few months ago when I was getting all the stations. From my own testing, it seems like the clothing and woodworking stations are somehow flipped. I was part of the thread that was linked above and did testing with the bug on PTS, which at the time also had the bug.

    Don't submit a bug/feedback report. submit a help ticket

    In game support, select platform
    Item issue
    Missing item (your table is missing since it transformed into the wrong thing)
    Ask them to return you the table or writ vouchers.
