No ESO+ despite subscription not expiring until end month

Suddenly today about 20 min ago while doing writs it says I do not have ESO+ and all my crafting materials do not go into the crafting bag. If I go into Store in the game, it will show Join ESO+ or in the main menu. I checked my subscription and it should continue until November 27th, I turn off auto-renew once I renew it every month - last which was October 27th. I have not tried to re-log again after seeing the "Join ESO+" in the main character menu. Is this just a random error?

    I am having the same issue also. It says I do not have eso plus even though I have it active on my Xbox subscriptions

    Thanks for the replies, at least it's not an isolated problem. Guess I'll have to the writs later. Hope it gets fixed soon for us all.

    if you hard reset your xbox (press and hold the power button for 10s) it fixes the ESO+

    I am also having this issue! I’ve tried logging out multiple times, quitting, rebooting Xbox, verifying the link in the ElderscrollsOnline web site. All made no difference.

    I purchased an item from the Store that was on special for members before I discovered that me account was messed up so I wasted 500 crown gems.

    I reset the Xbox holding down the power for 10 seconds and it reconnected the ESO Plus.

    It's ok now when i logged in again to do NA dailies. Just a glitch. Thread can be closed.
