Bolgrul Undaunted Daily... Bugged?

I usually do Bolgrul daily because he is by the 3 dungeon dallies for fun. I noticed he is giving me Felt items CP 50 even though i am CP3000+. Is this a bug or intended? I would to use his Ornate Armor for the Crow in Clockwork but not anymore because it does not count being Sub CP 160 Armor. This must be a bug why would Zos intentionally give me CP 50 Items? I have tested this, and it is not the first time. He gives me these regularly.

✭✭✭✭✭Does it sell for expected Ornate Prices? It has been so long since i have manually sold ornates, but something like 340 gold iirc.
Do the Mages and Fighters coffers have the same issue?Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

It gives you Intricate value instead of Ornate and is CP 50 vs CP 160. I do not do Mages because he is not next to dallies so i am not sure but will right now and report back.0 -

Yep Same Mages Guild gave me a Copper Ornate Ring at CP 50 for only 132 gold. Here is a screen shot. I did get a cool Mages Guild Citation. I have not gotten them before so maybe now I'll start doing the dallies lol. I think Zos should fix the loot given to be CP 160 for CP 160+ Players though. Sub 160 Loot makes no sense. Must be a bug. I hope they respond to this.
