So in the spirit of Halloween, I decided to share with you all a little easter egg that I found in Deadlight Citadel, an area towards the end of the Deadlands zone story (I think that's the quest). I believe it was in that "trophy room" that had all of the unique-looking things inside glass displays. There was a gated door that you couldn't enter, but if you went first-person mode you could see through the gate to see the easter egg.
It appears to be a mother sitting next to her baby in a crib next to a fireplace... very odd easter egg indeed.
I'm not 100% sure, but I think this is the only true "child" in all of ESO...
