Perma slow from Dark Convergence

Hi,
Dark convergence slow stuck and wouldn't come off to day in pvp. Was walking very slowly but able to mount.
Managed to roll the dice and get a non-glitched Hollow visit to remove it.
Death had not removed it -or templar purge - or uireload
