how to get banned account back

So the story is my friends account got banned permamently after playing it for the first time for an hour. And we cant open ticket from his account as it is also banned from website. How do we appeal for that ban.

    also it is really weird that he only did intro quest and logged off yet next day (wednesday) he was perma banned for third party.

    Did he get any email and if so, does it not state a way to appeal?

    yes he got one but cant see ticket status. Also they didnt reply the mail he wrote for two days now
