Houseguest wishes (that is, another NPC appreciation thread)

I'd enter into an ill-advised Daedric bargain to get Morian Zenas and/or Rian Liore hanging around my abodes. Probably many others too that aren't on my mind today.

    those are cool characters!

    i really wish for
Cariel, the bosmer eye of the queen from the Aldmeri Dominion questline.

Captain Siravaen would be awesome though any maormer houseguest would be cool.

an apostle houseguest would be fun, Sotha Sil would be better but i kinda doubt we'd get houseguests of any god characters

    miaow! i'm Luna ( she/her ).

I'm not paying for any houseguests until they add an Argonian maid.

There are nowhere near enough slots for all these houseguests though. Have to double or triple it.

I’m surprised that some of my favorites, including Fennorian and Ashur, haven’t been made available as houseguests. It doesn’t mean we can’t still meet and quest with them out in the world!

I would also love to have a number of “generic” NPCs of different races to serve as merchants, bar tenders, servers, customers, etc.

Razum-dar is way at the top, like super at the top, why hasn't he been added is beyond human comprehension.

Oh dear, Raz! Yes that's very true :D He was the first major NPC I met in the game and will always be special to me. Didn't think about him as a houseguest because he can indeed be seen in so many places in the game, some of which he will also hang out at and be interactable with even after his quest is done.

Morian and Rian were on my mind because I recently completed quests with them and then was sad not to be able to see them again; Rian can be found permanently at the conclusion site of the Blackwood story, but I don't think there is a post-Deadlands spot where he can be spoken to.(?)

(And yes I also like Ashur!)

All in all I'm a little surprised there isn't more variety when it comes to houseguests. Since this method of getting story NPCs into our homes has been introduced, one might expect there to be plenty of them to choose from.

    I would pay money for:
Wish we could properly dress house guests - I actually buy less because I can't hide those filthy, spoon-eared human features. Imagine being able to hide such deformities & turn them into guards & such for more civilized peoples.

NPC groups. If we could buy sets like "cooks", "bandits", "guards", "cheering crowds" - simple behaviors, no interaction, but let us select the race so we could build actual strongholds.

I would love to have another questline with Verandis Ravenwatch. But I will say, that since it seems possible that his story is over (I hope not, but possible), then it wouldn't hurt to have him as a houseguest?

I'm just really missing him because, unlike other characters in many questlines, he just up and disappears completely after you talk to him one final time. :'(

I miss him. Please bring him back in some capacity.

EDIT: Even if you just bring him back to the same place as he is in Blackreach, standing there and just saying the same thing over and over again, it would be nice. It's just comforting to see the characters you've grown attached to, you know?

Jester Queen Ayrenn please! Her lines and voice acting always make me laugh  I'd love all three Jester leaders as house guests actually.

I am a devoted Verandis fangirl, yes. But makes me wonder, if he were a houseguest, what kind of appearance would they give him (so as not to spoil any part of his story for anyone)?

Waaaay back in the Rivenspire questline, we did have a confirmation that he has the ability to hide his true appearance and make himself look mortal (when you meet him in the church, his eyes are not red and his skin is that of a normal mortal).

There is nothing to suggest that he doesn't still have this ability (even if he doesn't tend to use it often), and that he might even be able to hide his appearance even now.

Would be the perfect excuse. Even for those who haven't even started the Rivenspire questline.

I would have no qualms about a mortal-looking Verandis. I just want him back.

Oooh, yes, I would love this, ideally at my side, but I’d settle for in my bedroom house!
