I've been playing ESO for a long time now, and I don't recall ever seeing Witches' Festival ornaments popping up over Tamriel. It's really charming and I love to see it.
I took these in Elden Root, Grahtwood. Where else are the people of Tamriel celebrating?

✭Yeah, the Halloween decorations are just fab!!! Be good to get something similar for the New Life Festival also
