Keep Crashing in Dungeons

I have no issues questing, doing delves etc but in dungeons I crash constantly while no one else in the party does.

I have:
1. Disabled AddOns
2. Reduced my graphic settings
3. Made sure ESO is porting through my firewall
4. I am in windows 11 so I have changed to running in compatibility mode (Windows 8)
5. I am on Steam so not sure how about running in admin- when I change the setting to always run it as admin it doesn't seem to launch through steam so not sure what to do there.

AMD Ryzen 7 6800H with Radeon Graphics 3.20 GHz
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070Ti Laptop GPU
16GB Ram

Any thoughts for next steps would be appreciated. It's pretty much unplayable from a dungeoning perspective at this time.

    something overheating? graphics card? cpu?

dungeons tend to be busy; I have variable fan speed on one machine and it ramps up a fair bit during group content.

maybe try out gpu-z for a bit to log gpu temperatures? Even when your system crashes you'll still be able to check the log to see if there were any spikes in power consumption/temperature up to that point when you reboot.
