I see what you're saying.
I will:
-Switch Sergeant's Mail to 2 jewelry (ring and necklace), I'm in the middle of trying to obtain a lightning staff and I have a one-body piece in the chest/cuirass.
-Switch all armor to divine trait.
-Inevitably make at least my weapon (lightning staff) gold.
How do I change the enchants from health to magic? I've went to transmute station and I can only change the trait not the enchant.

Enchanting table to make a glyph (make sure it’s the right level) and then scroll over the item you want to enchant and hit the enchant button.

Thank you. Should I aim for the highest magicka (for armor) enchantment (Truly Superb Glyph of Magicka)?

Yes. Truly superb is cp 160.

You are taking a 3% damage loss alone by not slotting Mystic Siphon. If you don't like the tether, Wall of Elements would work better than Trap and cause more damage, especially on a mobile boss.
I understand why you are running Intensive Mender, but Hungry Scythe is a very effective heal and damage ability as long as you are in range.
You are using stamina regen glyphs insteat of dmg glyphs. That reduces the dmg very much and you dont use the stamina anyway. Use 3 spell dmg glyphs insteat(or 3 weapon dmg glyphs).
Also using a heavy attack set(seargents mail) and a skills for a lightning heavy attack build together with an inferno staff is not a good idea. Inferno is not a good weapon for (pve) heavy attack builds. Seargents mail deals dmg only once for Inferno heavy attack compared to multiple times for lightning heavy attack.
Heavy attacks builds are easier but not that strong abymore, If you are not handicapped you should rather try a light attack 2bar build. And better copy all of the builds, not just a set. Some sets work only for special builds.
