Normal random dungeons are a total mess for new characters

I created an alt out of boredom, now doing dungeon quests for skill points. Each time i tell the team i am doing quest, each time team ignores and rushes ahead. As a result, dungeon quest bugs half way, impossible to complete.
If i was a new player - i would quit after seeing this mess: 9 years old game, base game dungeon bugs like this with 100% chance. As a veteran player, i think either devs should adjust base game dungeon quests for speedrunning (so they don't bug), or make transmute crystals reward only the first run each day (per account, so people don't have to do 20 NRD per day).

    Today i experienced a new level of speedrunning. A player rushed ahead, ignoring mobs and bosses engaged by other team members, straight to the last boss, and soloed it, while others were in the middle of dungeon.

    man, at least you got into a dungeon lol. i couldn't queue into anything on a lvl 35 today. if people aren't speedrunning through normals they just aren't doing them at all it seems. i used to love leveling through doing dungeons.

    Mmm and it will continue because ZOS isn´t doing anything about it. Doesn´t run any dungeons anymore.

    Leveling a Arcanist tank only via overland.

    It didn't pull the players to the last boss with "joining encounter in progress"?

    Must be lucky as when leveling an alt with rando dungeons, if I've mentioned I need to do the quest, which I always do, I get an ok and everyone waits for me.

    Today speedrunners speedrunned random normal dungeon so much that it bugged and stopped progressing, had to abandon it.

    I logged in after several days of not logging, in random dungeon got a fake healer with name like "fdghlkjks" who speed ran ahead to the final boss and killed it while the rest of the team were in the middle of dungeon (boss pull didnt work again). I have no desire to do random dungeons any more at all.
    People create alts (up to 20) just to farm transmutes in RND, they dont care at all about other players in team. For new players, who are doing quests and pledges, RND is a terrible place, i would not wonder if many of them quit after several such experiences.
    People are exploiting RND to the point of it not doing its function.

    I decided to just look for another guild to join that does dungeons and welcomes newbies.

    While you guys got the speed runners I got kicked a few times on my newbie healer when I told them I'm new to healing with my level 16 templar.

    If one person is running ahead of group, you can vote to kick that player. There is that mechanic in the game to deal with this situation.

    I just need to invite a friend, and that vote kick is history. And DJ you all ready know that, so why bother

    Problem with that this would only shift the issue to a slight variation of the same issue. Newer players dont realize the sheer amount of mandatory gear that hm and above players are required to have. My tank has to have a min of 5 full sets and then atleast 5 monster set. Thats one toon. 10 (25 with undaunted and hm for every dungeon) a day would take an eternity. So vets are essentially left with 1) have it take forever 2) speed (potentially) run all dungeons to fill their sticker book so they can recon gear for 25. 3) speed (potentially) run all undaunted on all alts every day instead unless they cap that as well. Ultimately it would be the same issue or worse.
