No sound on live server, fine on PTS

Yesterday, just before event finished, I logged back in and had lost sound on the live server. I was playing 2-3 hrs before no problem and no changes to PC setup, etc. PTS is fine with sound as normal! All other sounds, games, music, etc play fine. Have restarted PC twice, done cold reboot, repaired ESO multiple time.
Happened once before but sorted itself randomly a few hrs later then, now over 24. Anyone have any thoughts?

Did you check your PC’s volume settings? Sound settings? Device manager? Error event log?
Did you do an internet search for your issue to see if you can find other posts that found a fix?

All of the above. As I mentioned sound is fine when logging into PTS, just not to the live server. Search has shown that this has happened to others before and randomly corrected itself, so thread was closed by zos.
