PTS Char Copy?

According to the week 1 patch notes: "All PC/NA characters have been copied and the size of this update is approximately 4.9GB. We can’t wait to read your feedback!".
I still do not have any characters on the PTS, and I am a PC/NA player. Any pointers?? I'd love to test some things on my actual characters, not templates or new ones.

✭✭It flips throughout between NA and EU, I haven't checked the notes, but I assume its EU this weekSoupy twist0 -
ZOS_GinaBrunoCommunity ManagerWe copied all PC EU characters in patch v9.2.2, as we normally do an EU character copy during the 3rd PTS patch in a cycle. We are not planning any additional character copies for this PTS cycle so if you'd like to leverage a template to try and mirror your PC NA character, there is a low likelihood anything will be wiped/reset.1 -

I was mainly trying to see my existing JC master writs to confirm that their voucher count remains untouched after update. Unfortunately I won't be able to replicate that without character copy. Can you confirm to me that existing JC master writs will truly remain untouched, including their current voucher counts?~PC/NA~ Magblade, Tankanist, Healplar, Stamcro, Oakensorc, Healden, Tanknight ~PLUR~1 -

Hi, I just tried it (have milion tons of blue JC writs) and its still same. I had some purple and in this cycle they stayed as was...
