It's happening to me as well, frequently in fact. Sometimes, repairing the client fixes the problem, but it is not guaranteed, as the problem can appear again.

PS EU. First login Screen can login. 2nd screen, character screen, get option to Create Account or link Existing Eso Account.

I get booted out when trying to fast travel into Telvanni peninsula or Craglorn in the evenings ever since event started.

The same is happening here on PC EU. I got booted several times this aft whilst in overland zones and during loading screens as well. No issue with the PC or the Internet connection. Perhaps the servers could have benefited from a maintenance...
