Is there anything we need to have or do to collect the house should we get to 100%?
I have guildies telling me that we need to have the flower pet to collect it.
Are they pulling my leg or is it true?

No. Not related to the current morph. There will likely (as in the past) be a "package" for free in the crown store for a couple of weeks after the event.

the house for this event has nothing to do with the morphing fragment series

sometime soon after the event, there should be a "free" bundle on the crown store containing the items (the pet, the skin, the house, and probably the winner of the "vote")

thats how these community events have been handled in the past generally

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them

feel free to stop by and use the facilities

The pet won't be necessary. This time the 4th quarter morph will be a mount. In 2021 the final morph was indeed a house, but not this time.

I do want to confirm just to make sure; we don't need any "pathfinder achievement" do we? Because I remember we specifically had to get the pathfinder achievement for Elsweyr or else we wouldn't be able to collect the bundle.

I don't see anything of the sort mentioned for this event (just have to own Necrom, but do not need to do any specific achievement), but I thought I just ask the fantastic people of the forums just in case. I'd hate to miss out on a free house all because I didn't read some fine print somewhere.....

You should do the event quest just to be on the safe side. There are no achievements mentioned, but they specifically mention completing the event quest. You can get it for free in the crown store, or find it in game by going up the hill just behind the Battlemaster tents in front of Necrom. Speak to Master Faras to start the quest.

The "Turn the Page" quest that is the daily repeatable that controls the bonus furnishing (though I personally think it has been engineered to favor Yensa as she is the first option on turn in). You first get the "Turn the Page" quest after finishing the Event Quest. Every day after that you can find the quest giver in front of the Event Merchant outside of Necrom.

Edited for spelling and grammar errors.

Turn the page is the one that progresses the main bar as well. As for being engineered in Favor on any of the sides - from outsider rl perspective tralise is better sister to vote for so.... ;)

I thought any of the other daily quests in either Tel Pen or Apocrypha moved the main bar, but the housing item was speciafically moved by Turn the Page?

I could be out in left fireld of course....

Thank you so much for the help and taking the time to write this up! Not just for me, but also for anyone who might come to check the thread as well. You are very awesome and cool. :)

And thank you for confirming there isn't an achievement secretly involved. I got both the event quests done at least once (I saved the father and have done the pages one every day). I have been doing the regular dailies for event tickets too, so it seems I am good to go! Free house, here I come!

Over this weekend, I will have to hop on EU and try to get the event quests done as well so I can have the house on both servers (may as well, right? Since chapters like Necrom are shared across both of your server characters).

    Greetings,

We went ahead and moved this thread to a category we think is more suitable for this topic, Events.

    Thanks for your understanding.
