Cyrodiil Board Name is not correct/updates

My character name on the cyrodiil board is still a very old name i had with my character before the name change. Since a name change token is very expensive, i was very disappointed to
see this when i set my home campaign.
Can you solve this somehow? When you google for the bug, it seems this is a known bug since many years already but was never fixed.
Do you refund the players in these cases?

Yes, this has been ongoing for years. It makes it a bit confusing when looking at the leader boards for sure.0
