Pragmatic fatecarver cone width

Today I've done quite a lot of BG and I've notice a very strange thing, every time I've fought arcanist I've alway been pretty sure to keep away from this skill, from my point of view the beam seldom touched me but then I look at my deat recap and I've like 13-15 damage from it.

Anyone else noticed this that is seems to be some position desync? Or maybe the beam larger then the visual cone looks to be?

It's definitely not larger than it should be - if anything it should be 1 m wider.

The issue is positional desync. If you play Arcanist with beam you'll notice how you need to "lead" your enemy to actually hit them. The beam won't be anywhere near them, visually, because the server and client aren't agreeing on where the enemy/beam hitbox is.
