Can’t attack, cast, block, dodge, etc.

Anyone know a work around when this happens? Usually goes away after I die, but that’s unhelpful. Anyone figure out what even triggers this happening?

✭✭✭✭✭It happens to me if I sprint for too long, then my stamina bar has a desyncing issue. It attempts to refill then drains to zero, any ability I try to cast regardless of the cost type will try to spend stamina, and I'm unable to do manual attacks either. I've learned to stop and go sprinting periodically so it doesn't happen.0 -

Have had similar issues with NB skills, especially some more than others. It does seem to clear up after you respawn but... that's not always the case.Perhaps this is where a ronin such as you belongs. Today, Victory is mine. Long Live the Empire.0 -

Dodge rolling fixes it but if you have that annoying stam desync then you can’t. I noticed this annoying glitch appeared after the QoA bug fix patch (ironic) but hopefully they fix it
