The fix that was mentioned in the patch notes recently for this bug either did not work or was not properly put through. The proximity based targeting system that was in play on release is completely thrown out the window. Completely random people are chosen and in some cases it heavily favors the tanks. In one singular pull of this boss the main tank who is taunting Yaseyla herself got it 5 times.
I haven't found any acknowledgement that the bug wasn't fixed from ZOS.

✭✭Yeah dude. Real talk. Both our main and ot got it 3 times together back to back....0 -
jm42✭✭✭✭i can't say this is random, tanks and healers (even both healers at a time) get tombs far more frequently then DD's0 -
