Constant Network Issues

Hi, I'm from Brazil and I've been playing on the NA server since yesterday the game has been completely unplayable, today for example I spent almost 10 minutes just trying to walk from the wayshirine to the bank, my ping is sometimes 600+ or 999, I walk with the char and all the people are standing there it seems that the connection comes back and lots of things happen on the screen, lots of people passing by and everything stops again and all rollbacks, I carried out these procedures https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/#en/answer/9094.
Nothing helped, the strange problem continues that when I access other games (Albion, Fortnite, Path of Exile) my ping remains normal and I have no problem.

Hi! I want to add that I am facing the same problem. I am also from Brazil. The game was fine from Sep. 11th and before.

I'm also from Brazil and I'm having the same issue, ping is terrible and only on ESO, it's not a problem on my end. Everything was fine a week ago.

I have the same problem since a few days. Extreme lag spikes from 200 to over 3000, for three days I can only log in after multiple attempts and get kicked off the server after a few seconds. I play from Hungary. I already wrote here and someone said to try with a VPN. Proton VPN has a free version. You can connect to a server in the USA. It works for me and I can play again. Try it, I would be interested if that works for you too.

I'm having the same problem. I'm in Argentina (neighboor of Brazil). This started around 3 days ago.
During the day the ping is ok. At night, ping varies from 300 to 999+. I tried this 2 days and both during the day work fine, during the night is horrible.

Having the same issue again by random times, I used pingplotter and the problem seems to be on one of the IPs between Brazil and US, using a VPN solves the problem but those are paid and can't really be considered a fix.
