Right now my latency is around 280, that's about 100ms above average. When I attempt to do anything from dropping off daily crafting writs to checking in-game mail the lag is obvious and frustrating, particularly when you have to perform the same action multiple times because the first attempt wasn't communicated. When I watch Youtube videos showing skill rotations I can't fathom the response time for the abilities to resolve, when I try to animation cancelling it's a joke. I don't even bother with PVP, I get off one ability to 3 from an opponent.
I realise the physical distance is a problem, but this is ridiculous. My connection speed is 100Mbps, I should be seeing latency of ~100ms, not 3 times that. This isn't a problem with my setup, the EU server is very obviously not set up for the traffic it's meant to support.
