High Ping since U39 NA Server

Ever since update 39 dropped my stable ping has gone up from 300 to 500+ with frequent 999+
Game is unplayable with the amount of delays and I have performed every troubleshooting method listed in ZOS website. And this often happens after every update..

I just bought Necrom chapter this month and just befor the update leveled my arcanists aaaand I cant play them because of laagg

Same here, since Monday 31/08/23 the game is continually deteriorating latency wise. Now i am not even able to stay connected to the server. Gives me all kinds of errors. Every site related to ESO, account login and even the forum site is the same. And it's not my rig, and it's not my internet connection.

I have checked my internet connection and it is working properly.

My lag and spiking latency has been atrocious in overland since Monday. I expect crappy ping in cyrodil but not picking flowers in Summerset. Nothing has changed on my end except downloading the update.

Yes, exactly the same problems on my side. Can’t log in from the first time to the game, have disconnections and ping spikes even in PvE. It’s both EU and NA servers

Us too (three of us)... the game has turned unplayable.

We are often above 500 but then spikes to 999+ for a few minutes to much longer.

We've not changed anything about our setups. We've run the troubleshooting that was suggested by @ZOS_Bill ... still cannot play the game.

I've been experiencing this issue as well since U39. Lots of stuttering and large lag spikes. No changes to system or connection between U38 and U39. Did not have this problem in U38.

My average ping is in the 500 range, never below 350, and anytime I enter group content it spikes to 999+ and makes group content impossible to play. I've tried all the ZoS suggested fixes and nothing solves the problem. Both myself and my partner have the same machines and the same problem. Neither of us made any changes between U38 and U39.

I also have extreme problem with ping spikes since few days. But only on the NA server. I must say that I live in Europe and usually have a higher ping on the NA. This is normal. And usually the ping moves around 200-230, but remains stable. However, lately I have spikes to over 3000 ping. Again and again, not only after changing zones, but also within a dungeon. Proper playing is actually no longer possible, anmiations are swallowed, skill not executed. The delays are immense.
Since the game works fine on the EU server, it obviously can't be due to my hardware or internet connection.
The fact that all connection problems are first attributed to the customer - although server overload problems have been known for a long time -is actually an impertinence. Sorry.

I've been having the same issue and no I have not put in a ticket because I get the same canned response and yes I already did the troubleshooting ...

I should not be getting 200 - 999 ping spikes in NA on off hours. I'm doing better on EU.
